This comment doesn't relate to your post, but I thought you might like to know that the Central Arkansas Library System now offers Footnote.com for free through their website. As a resident of Faulkner County you can get a CALS library card for free through the Gateway Program. Then you can access Footnote and Heritage Quest for free through their website. Hope this is helpful!
